INVITATION TO REGISTER ON THE (NHC) SUPPLIERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS DATABASE

All Suppliers/service providers seeking registration on the NHC supplier/service provider database are invited to register on the database. The purpose of the registration is to:

Afford potential suppliers/service providers an equal opportunity to submit quotations to the NHC.

Contribute to efficient administration and compliance with the Public Finance Management Act and Preferential procurement Policy Framework Act.

Ensure competitive procurement and procedures.

 

Current suppliers and service providers on NHC database are required to renew their registration by submitting all relevant documentation. Furthermore blacklisted suppliers will not be considered

 

DESCRIPTION OF GOODS REQUIRED

Stationery and Printing, Audio visual or photographic equipment (e.g video and audio recording equipment, cameras, transcribing machines, projectors, projector screens, microphones, sound equipment etc), office furniture, office equipment and accessories (e.g. labour saving devices, printing equipment, photocopiers, shredders, scanners etc), Corporate items (e.g. clothing, gifts, promotional items etc.), ICT equipment( e.g. servers, laptop, notebook, desktop computers, UPS, projectors, external storage devices, transcriptions and Dictaphones, cellular phones, CCTV and viewable cameras, asset tag, wireless internet, IP VOIP,  3G devices and ICT consumables e.g. CD/DVD labelling etc). Electrical equipment, Software and licenses (e.g. anti- virus, office suite, enterprise management, electronic document management, Payroll control, human resources, data analysis, case or project management, tracking software etc.). Decoration (e.g. paint, wallpaper, carpets, blinds, window decals, artwork, paintings, flags, etc.) Library (e.g. books, journals, magazines, newspapers, maps, database subscriptions, licenses etc.)

 

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES REQUIRED

Office accommodation and lease of office and storage space in Pretoria, Travel Agencies, Airlines, Car Hire companies, airport transfers, places that offer accommodation (bed and breakfast),venue hire (e.g. training, seminars, workshops, Imbizo, teambuilding and conference facilities and services etc.) catering services for lunches and functions, consulting services (e.g. strategic, organizational structure, job and salary grading, skills audit, employee surveys, industrial relations, COID Act ,employee wellness, professional counsellors, independent behavioural risk management) Industrial relations specialists, employee wellness consultants, mediators and or arbitrators. Occupational health and safety specialists, culture, Forensic Accountant and Diversity Consultants, Communication and Public image, Management, financial Auditors, Legal service(e.g. attorney firms, senior and junior counsel/advocates, labour law, industrial relations or debt collection agencies, forensic investigation, Data analysis services, computer network support, software support and development, electronic equipment repairs, maintenance (e.g. electrical, plumbing, or mechanical repairs etc). Building and construction work (e.g. partitioning, shop fitting, tenant installation, office renovation, installation of sound proofing, installation of blinds, installation if fire doors, aluminium doors, manufacture and installation of burglar bars and security gates), Document Management and processing services (e.g. document design, report writing, preparation, proof reading, editing, printing, binding, copying, translation, transcription scanning, archiving, storage etc.) Courier Services, marketing and communication, Supply and Maintenance of indoor plants, furniture removals or repairs, training(e.g management and senior management assessment and training, SCM or procurement training, labour law training, forensic investigation training, regulatory frameworks, investigation techniques, tools and processes, systems training, specialist training and leadership training, PFMA training, first Aid training, occupational Health and safety training, civil litigation training) Broking Services(long and short term) Insurance Providers, signage design and manufacture, Office cleaning or hygiene services, Pest Control, security and alarm monitoring, security specialists, integrity and other vetting services( e.g credit check, qualification verification, surveillance, ID verification, criminal record check, ITC credit check, tracing,VIP Protection services, internal audit, fraud and risk management, ethics, integrity and corporate governance, ICT Services, CT Specialists, Personnel or recruitment agencies, Payroll Administration services, Market Survey companies, Heritage Services. Any other goods/services the service provider may deem appropriate for the NHC.

 

It is imperative that suppliers read the application document carefully, complete in full and sign. Please note Original Tax Clearance, Original certified copy of B-BBEE certificate, proof of banking details, company profile, original certified copies of business registration, Original Certified ID copies of Directors/Members, Original certified copies of registration or compliance with professional bodies must be attached.

It should be noted that NHC reserves the right to conduct an inspection before registering a supplier, to accept and reject any application without being obligated to give any reasons in this respect.

Suppliers will not be notified whether application was accepted or not but will be advised of the outcome if requested. Suppliers must comply with all the registration criteria for registration to be finalized, failure to do so may result in the application being declined.

 

E-mailed and Faxed documents will not be accepted
