The National Heritage Council of South Africa (NHC); the Department of Sports & Recreation and the Nelson Mandela Museum support Maru Ciberconnect’s initiative funded by the National Lotteries Commission (NLC) where the entities will celebrate the rich legacy and heritage of the former statesman through a community engagement (Imbizo) themed ‘Reliving Untold Epic Moments of Our History’. His life and values will be reflected upon and the commemoration will further be filled with art displays, music performances and traditional dance.
